Painted Tree made the podium.
Yes, our vivacious little community is not only in the top 10 best-selling master planned communities in Texas (according to John Burns Research and Consulting), we’re running a strong third place. But the question is, what does that really mean to the folks who live here or are thinking about making Painted Tree their home?
Well, when we were working through the plan for Painted Tree, there were two radically simple ideas we kept in mind. First, that people have choices. And second, if people were going to choose Painted Tree, we wanted it to be a truly great choice. Not just the same community formula by another name, but a different kind of place that makes a real difference for everyday life.
That’s why we put so much effort into restoring and preserving as much of the natural environment as possible, so kids can experience the joy of exploring mature woodlands or playing in a creek. It’s why Painted Tree gives you 25 miles of trails to tromp. And two unique trailhead experiences — the Village Trailhead and Lakeside Trailhead — that let you jump onto a trail or into a pool. And a signature community gathering spot called The Outpost, where everybody comes together to enjoy food, live music and general neighborliness.
We could go on and on about the many ways Painted Tree is its own kind of community, but you can find all that info in other places on the website. We’ll just close by saying we’re grateful to be the #3 master planned community in Texas. And even more grateful for all the people who discovered Painted Tree, appreciated the difference and chose to make a life here.
