Tighten up the laces on your walking shoes. You’re cordially invited to Painted Tree for two splendid afternoons of scenic home tours and nature strolls, plus the opening of our newest community hub, The Outpost. It’s a lovely season to explore 21 model homes by our 10 homebuilders, and the many homes available for move-in now or in the near future.

We’re kicking things off Saturday, April 5th, with live music, local food and refreshments. Along with a first look around the Outpost’s covered porch and concert venue, lookout tower, playgrounds and more. The fun continues the following weekend, on Saturday, April 12th, with more home tours and even more trail time.

TOUR MODEL HOMES, GALORE

Start your tour at The Outpost, look for signs and digital wayfinding maps, then hit the trails or drive to the model homes of your choosing. A member of the builder’s team will be at each model home, happy to show you around. They’ll also point you toward quick move-ins throughout our three distinct districts.

Join us in celebrating the opening of our newest signature amenity — The Outpost. Start your day there, then climb up to the top of the lookout tower (it’s not scary at all). Try to spot the Outpost Loop and Lakeside trailheads beneath the trees, or the lake itself. Then from there you’re free to head out on your own Painted Tree adventure.
