& Home Tour

At the Village Trailhead
You’re invited to Painted Tree, McKinney’s trailside community, for a celebration under autumn skies. Featuring live music, tasty local food, and wine & beer tasting in the Biergarten. There’s plenty of fun for the kids including a petting zoo, face painting, good old-fashioned sack races, a pie eating contest and a scarecrow you have to see to believe. Best of all, it’s the perfect time of year to explore 14 model homes by our 12 homebuilders.
Each of our esteemed builders will be on hand at the Village Trailhead, answering all your questions. They’ll have the latest info on floorplans, design customization, special pricing and current selection. Then, you can head out for a walk (or a drive) inspired, and take a tour of models by your favorite builders.
To fall in love with a home you have to follow your feet.
